I have tried all blends for 2 months and can say from experience that the blends do indeed have the effect they are intended for. I myself have quite a few years of experience with different types of adaptogens and these blends are of high quality. I can taste that, have experienced the effect and personally I think they also taste good. Pure ingredients! What I really like is that I can dose it myself. I would say try them out :) My conclusion is that I will continue to use the blends!
