I was reading about adaptogens a bit but I didn't really do anything with them yet until I met the lady behind this brand and she told me all about it with a lot of passion and wisdom. She is really dedicated and you can taste the love in the products.
The pandemic got me all over the place and I didn't have a good focus for a while. This blend really made me RISE! I was in so much better contact with myself, everything around me and had a very good focus! A small teaspoon with only natural products can do so much for you.
