Love all three High Vibeology I am complete adaptogens! I feel that I'm in a wonderful bliss when I take them based on what I need or what I want to feel that I need. When I lose my focus or need extra energy during the day due to a short night and when I want to prepare myself for a meditation. I use them weekly with pleasure and as a nutrition & awareness coach I can recommend them to anyone who takes care of their body consciously!
