I am calm: calm

I have been using the I am Calm for a few weeks now. I add it to my breakfast (warm oatmeal or plant-based yogurt). Don't taste any of it this way.

I immediately noticed its effects on me. And after gradually building up the dosage, I now use it daily and I can say that I feel calm inside. I'm very satisfied.💜
