Wind down after a busy day with this soothing warm drink.
Moon milks are a modern take on Ayurvedic drinks such as Golden milk.
They are traditionally drunk to support a good night's sleep and a strong immune and nervous system.
In the west many drink a relaxing warm milk with honey before bedtime; this rose vanilla moon milk with adaptogens is a delicious upgrade.
This plant-based beverage is warming, calming, heart-opening and immune-boosting.
It contributes to a pleasant mood, a clear mind and it connects you to your own core, especially if you are sensitive to external stimuli.
