Adaptogene iced latte

Adaptogenic iced latte

This adaptogenic iced latte is a delicious drink that supports cognitive functions such as concentration, mental clarity, memory and the ability to easily absorb and process information.

This recipe does not contain coffee or caffeine, but you can of course add some coffee if you want.

You can use any type of (vegetable) milk for this latte and customize it with your favorite toppings.

Adaptogenic iced latte

This is how you make it:

Heat 200 ml milk of your choice in a pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon I am focused adaptogens with Lion's Mane mushroom while stirring.

For a creamy latte, combine 2/3 part coconut milk and 1/3 part oat milk.

Bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer on low heat for a few more minutes. Remove from heat, add maple syrup or raw honey and 1/2 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract.

Let the latte cool in the refrigerator. Use a milk frother and then pour the cold latte into a glass filled with ice cubes.

When it's colder outside or if you just feel like something warm, you can skip the refrigerating part and the ice cubes and make it a nice warm latte.
